Veal Escalope coated in breadcrumbs and pan-fried in Butter, olive oil, parmesan cheese, and basil. Served with spaghetti in tomato sauce.

Veal escalope cooked with mushrooms in a cream and sherry sauce.
Scaloppine Saltimbocca
Veal escalope topped with Parma ham, sage, white wine, butter.

All main courses are served with sauteed potatoes and broccoli
